sis 530 driver for win xp?

OS: Win XP
CPU/Ram: AMD 450 Mhz 344 Ram

The problem is that i have a gforce2 mx 400 on pci and the sys 530 in the mothetboard, but the driver of 530 have a problem with code 10, only when the gforce is conected when i quit the sys work, i want a driver for win XP of the sis 530
