I've recently bought a sipix stylecam snap for my xp pc.
I have tried tons of ideas to get it working & the support team of sipix is very slow to answer emails & could only manage a few emails to them before they close.
The camera is already getting worn out from the amount of times i've tested it to get it working!
The driver software installs but the sipix wizard won't come up when i connect the cam & it doesn't look responsive.Pls help!

Despite the drivers installing, the device may not be compliant with Windows XP.
Trying looking through Device Manager to see if the device is listed and hat the drivers are in fact functioning ok. If they are not installed (or not functioning ok), the drivers you have used won't work.
If the company went out of business, or they stop making drivers for this device, and the drivers you have are not XP compliant, you would probably have to use an earlier operating system to get the device working, such as Windows 98.
If all else fails, you can try taking the device back to where you bought it from and hope for a return or a trade up.
Good luck.

the drivers install and it comes up in device manager (the webcam does)
So why won't it work..*it states that xp works with it*

Perhaps I misconstrued what you said about the comapny closing. If you meant they closed for the working day and will return tomorrow, I would wait until then to continue. They know more about the product, it's compatibilty, and everything else, more than I do.
Also, you might want to call them by telephone instead of playing e-mail tag. It may cost you some money, but they will be able to solve your problem faster.
Good luck.
