simple question :(

hi, i knew how to fix this before but i forgot, when i go to somesites a red X in a whit box appers inside where there shud be a picture. my firewall is disabled and i reset all internet explorer settings :(

Actually, that's not something you can just "fix". What that means is that the server where the picture is supposed to be stored is not working. Or, it could mean that the internal code in the website is wrong and is asking for a picture that does not exist. Either way, the problem is almost certainly not on your computer (unless every website shows up that way), it is on the server computer or in the website's code.

Right click the red X and select "Show Picture".
Once I thought I was wrong, now I'm not so sure!
