Shutting down your PC with telnet!!!

Why do you need to shut down your PC in Telnet? Is your other pc in a remote location? If so, try downloading Netbus Pro. Normally I would give you the page where you can find the program. But since people only put it on sites that have pornography on it, I wont go there. But that will definately do the trick.
