HI! I have Intel Ham MD563X-V90 Modem, and I downloaded "ham412win2kxp.exe" driver. My modem works very well but my Windows XP freezes when I try to Shut it Down. If I disable the modem driver, Win Xp works fine. So, I still have the problem. Do we have to wait for Intel news???? Please heeeelp!!!!

I have the same problem with my Intel 2100 DSL modem, and I am using the latest XP driver. I spent several hours with Microsoft tech support and they were unable to solve the problem.

I have exactly the same problem. I have an Intel Data Fax Voice Modem and I'm using the latest winxp driver that I got from Intel website (ham412win2kxp.exe). Have you already solved your problem? If so, please, tell me.
