I have a k7s5a that suddenly started shutting off after 3 seconds from boot. It is an amd 1800 k7s5a mobo. ant ideas??? Have tried changing power supply no good. could it be bios safety?? maybe??

Make sure all the fans are working. Dead fans are the most common cause of sudden reboot.

Had this issue before. It was the CPU fan, double check your cpu fan and see if it's installed correctly.

thanks for the replys..checked the fans..they all look like they are working.but will try swaping the cpu fan..
