Are you looking in your BIOS? If you don't see it or something similar to that, your BIOS doesn't support it. That's not uncommon on some older machines.

Maybe that might help,,, Right click on desktop, Properties, Screen Saver, Power... The Advanced Tab, Power button and choose whatever you want it to do !! If available of course !

I haven't check the BIOS yet, but i just don't have APM under Power option and the Second post led me to Power option which is not what i wanna do with the power button. Thanks anyway
