Hello William, probably something he has just loaded. If its just started behaving this way, a system restore might work. Or he might try remembering what he has installed on his computer when it started happening. Click Sart, Help and Support, Click Fix a Problem (Nr Bottom) Click Start up and Shut down problems click Start up and shut down troubleshooter Choose the problem, follow the instructions.
