show desktop icon missing in my qui

my show desktop icon is missing in quicklaunch......i dont know how it dissapeard......can somone help me get it back!!
C:\Documents and Settings\&&&\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch
*Note that "&&&" stands for your user name.This path indicates where your quick launch icons are instored
then you should be able to find it again

Hey thanks allot bud for your help.......i was able to resolve the issue by turning on guest mode....going to c:\documents and settings\Guest\application data\microsoft\internet explorer\quicklaunch.......then i dragged the new "show desktop" icon in quicklaunch area! ^_^
