I have an R32 Thinkpad, and I was wondering if there is anyway to show all programs running in the background? is there a way to sorta minimize the desktop to see what is hiding in behind?

Hit each key and hold down as you go. Ctrl Alt Delete then let them all go. You should see task manager and all running processes

if you want a more detailed and more powerful that task manager, try Process Explorer from www.sysinternals.com
