Shortcut To XP services

Comment:
I regularly go into the Win XP services area by right mouse clicking the MyComputer Icon on desktop then Manage then etc etc etc.
Is there a shortcut that I can place on the desktop so that i can just get in there...Why does windows make you click a thousand times to get somewhere...!!!! Phew....... I feel better now.
Go to Control Panel/Admin tools, right-click & hold the Computer Management icon, drag it to your desktop & choose 'create shortcut here'.

Or right click desktop, create new shortcut & enter the command line services.msc Click OK. This will take you straight to XP Services panel.

Possibly the most flexible solution--but it takes a lot of clicks to do:
Run mmc.exe File menu > Add/Remove Snap-in Add button select Services > Add > Finish > Close OK
You can customize the view to hide the console tree and other stuff.
You can also reorder and resize the columns how you want--I make the description column last and widen it!
Finally, choose Save As from the File menu.

Forgot one thing about the mmc method: After you run the resulting MSC file, you can choose Options from the File menu to change author mode to user mode. This way you don't get prompted to save changes every time you close the console (changes such as column sorting and widths).
