Shortcut to disable screensaver?

I have a screen saver password enabled to keep people off my computer. However i play alot of full screen 3D games, and the screen saver can come on after awhile and its rather annoying and takes alot of computer resources. I can always disabled my screen saver before i play, but bring up my propertiy screen can oddly take awhile to come up.
So my question is, is there anyway to setup a shortcut on the desktop that will disable my screen saver and then startup my game?
