Shell32.dll problem

CPU/Ram: 1.0/3 somethin

So like scandisk did some wacky stuff "repairing" a problem. Now when i start up windows i get an error message saying that shell32.dll is missing and i can't login. So what can i do to fix this little problem?

I think "sfc /snannow" might just fix your problem...Just make sure you have your O/S CD handy....

You do the "sfc /snannow" in the command prompt.

There's only one problem. I can't get into windows at all. It begins startup and then stops with a completely black screen. Even in safemode
