Is there a way to override the Windows XP (Home Edition) restriction on sharing system folders? I run a 3-computer home network, and i want to share the Windows, Program Files and other system folders, even though the option is not apparently allowed by Windows XP.

I'd recommend just doing away with the simple file sharing. Use Security permissions instead.

You can turn it off in the Tools | Folder Options | View tab (last one on the list I think)......
