Hi

We have upgraded MS office to 2003 and in outlook there is a shared calendar option, is it possible to put the calendar on our server and configure all users to access the shared calendar?

Thanks

Ken

Ken,
Please provide more information - what is the purpose of your server, for example (ie Exchange, File Server, etc.). I'll check back for your response to better answer this question.

Hi

Just a file server NT 4, I thought maybe I just create a calendar folder and share it out and make outlook point to the shared folder? Will that work?

Without exchange, I believe the only way to do this is with 3rd party software, though I could be mistaken. I have never done it without exchange, let me put it that way. That doesn't mean it cannot be done, just I have never had a similar environment to try to set it up in... That being said...

they have a lot of nice programs, listed out for you to peruse, for all kinds of things (this link being to the area that pertains to your post, of course), and you should be able to find something cheap enough there, that will do exactly what you would like.
