I've just upgraded to XP and have set up myself and another user. We both use Outlook 2000 but yet only one of us can get access to the previous record of emails sent/received and contacts. Any ideas how I can enable access to this info for both users?

Yes, there is one way that you can share the same batch of messages. Outlook stores all emails in a Outlook.pst file located in your NT user profile folder. What you would need to do is have outlook open that PST file while under the other user account. Below is how you can go about setting it up:
Step 1:
Log on as the user who cannot see the emails in their copy of outlook.Step 2:
Open Outlook, go to File > Open > Outlook Data File. Navigate to the PST containing the emails you want, they will be located under "C:\Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook" (replacing with the profile folder of the user who CAN see the emails).Step 3:
At this point, in your folder view in outlook you should have two sets of folders, one that contains no emails and another that contains the emails you want, you'll probably want to get rid of the first one which contains no emails. To do this, navigate to "C:\Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook" and either delete their Outlook.pst or rename it or move it to a different folder. When you open Outlook, it should claim that it can't find the PST for that folder and it should give you the option to remove it from the list, from there, the PST containing the emails should now become the default folder.Good luck!

I apologize, in my previous posts, the forum interputed some variables as HTML, in Step two in the file path, the "//" SHOULD have the name of the user who can see the emails. In step 3, it should have the name of the user who could not see the emails in between the "//".
