How do i set permissions for shared folders over the network. I have done it on NT and W2000 with no problems but my XP doesn't show any permissions button on the sharing tab. Please Help

Double Click My Computer, Select Tools, Folder Options, View tab. Scroll to the bottom of list. Next to last line I think is a view simple folders, deselect this, apply and ok. You should have the old share tab back, just like Win 2000. No available on XP Home.

Later,

Al
