So, whenever I try to access the folder C:\Documents and Settings\Owner.ANDREW\Shared the program I am trying to access the folder in experiences an error and needs to close. If I try to access the folder in Windows Explorer, after that closes, Dr Watson Postmortem Debugger also encounters an error and closes.

So far I have scanned my computer for viruses and spyware. While anything that tries to scan that folder fails, the rest of my system is clean.
I have tried to access the folder in safe mode, which doesn't work.
I have tried to delete the contents with Command Prompt. That does not work.
I also tried that in Safe Mode with DOS which also does not work.

Tech Support had me try System Restore, which for some reason won't work.
They also had me try to repair Windows. All that did was give me the choice of Media Center Edition or XP Professional Setup on startup.

Currently running Windows XP Media Center Edition.

Do you wish to try to remove the contents or a reload.

Might have to log on as admin command prompt and use attrib to see hidden files. Then attrib -h **. Then del .

For remove you might wish to make a new user and then delete the old user.

You could delete with other means if you wish too.

A way to make a clean install may be very important too.

See also event viewer logs for more details.

I read it wrong and answer it wrong too. So get off my case you goober.
