Share DVD+RW Drive in XP

Can anyone please tell me how to share a DVD+RW drive over a home network using Windows XP?

I have the DVD+RW drive in a computer, and I want the two other computers to be able to have full access to the DVD+RW drive so that they can copy files to it.
