sfc /scannow asks for wrong cd

I had to restore my computer and the restore went back to when there was problems with cw shreader, you know the one where it deleted your note pad, well it also did something else to my computer, and forgot how to fix it after restoring it...I decided to type in the run box sfc /scannow and you know how it asks you to insert your xpcd to check files, well I have the xp home edition and it keeps asking me for xp Pro edition and tells me I have the wrong cd...really it is the correct one I have my drive partitioned into 2 and xp installed on both and it works fine on the second partition, does anyone know how to fix this...sure would like to know how.
