setupapi.dll error?

Hi
I recently got this popup message
The procedure entry point SetupDiGetClassDevsExW could not be located in the dynamic link library SETUPAPI.dll
Can someone help me out. Any help would be very appreciate.

monsam: try this;

click Start, Run, type: cmd
to open the command prompt,
then type (press Enter key after each command):

cd c:\
cd windows
cd system32
rename setupapi.dll setupapi.old
expand c:\i386\setupapi.dll c:\Windows\system32\setupapi.dll

you might also find a copy of setupapi.dll in the directory c:\Windows\ServicePackFiles\
