Hi,I am trying to help my sister with her XP which I have very little knowledge about, when the computer starts up she will get the 3 options and we tried everyone, the setup will complete 100% when she enters her password it goes back to the screen Cicero. It also comes up Registry error go to some registry.com which she can't get on the internet she also had sys32. error and it will come up hidusb.exe file missing, I know this is confusing I have tried to find answers everywhere on the internet knowing little about XP I don't really know where to start, I can do anything with win98 but that is all so I hope someone can give me some direction on how to get her windows running, also there are no programs in her add/remove. I would appreciate any help at all thank you, suzyQ

She will get on the internet a few minutes later the computer will go back to the Recovry disc Cicero. so I thought that if she ran the setup again it would work ( setup the What) that is what I meant, by setup thanks suzyQ

Is Cicero an internet service? a brand of computer?

What do you mean it will go back to the recovery disk?
