Setup ending in safe mode

I tried to repair xp on my computer i ghad to do it because of changing booting mode in msconfig to safe mode i ended ur at a blue screen with error message. Now when i tried repair everything went on fine until setup rebooted and came to safe mode where win xp setup message came that it cannot run under safe mode so will restart now. Last known good config also ends up here.. When given to start normal windows too same result. Help ne out of this:-).
