Setting permissions in CMD

Hi

Is there a command I can run do to set the folder permissions to administrator can have full access?
rather than clicking on each folder to take ownership, I have about 700 folders to do.

you could try calcs.exe

or this util

I think i saw chmod for xp somewhere. But im probally dreaming....
