Solved Server error message - can't send emails from this computer

Specs: Windows XP
Server Error:550,Error Number:0x800CCC69
This is the message I am receiving when I can't send out emails from this computer.

review your smtp settings and that if you need to authenciate to the mail server you have the right account and password set.

Looks like it is server blocking, but the reasons can vary. Take another look at one of the rejected messages and see if there are any words of explanation (there usually are). If so let us have them.


1. Contact your server and see if they can give an explanation or remedy the problem.

2. Download install and run MalwareBytes from here:
There is a vague possibility that your computer is trying to send out a stack of emails without your knowledge due to a virus.

Thanks for your replies in trying to help however, I shut down the computer, waited a while, and when I turned it back on, it worked! It sent my messages plus another I did to test it. Glad I didn't throw it out the window.
