anything in the temp folder you can delete at will but searching in the registry for the word angela which i take is the users name will remove loads of important information used by the OS to workout what preferences to load for that users profile! also the problem will have nothing to do with the temp directory or the name angela, it is a crash of some kind likely being caused by a bad driver or update (quite possibly like the KB article mentioned by Chuck above). so deleting these files is unlikely to have any positive effect

Now, this brings up an ineteresting point because another problem on top of this which i am getting is the computer restarts randomly, giving me a blue screen with a driver less or not equal. Now, i've looked into this stop error a numbe rof times and theres a number of possible causes. Im trying process of elimination but nothing i tried ahs seemd to fix the problem and my sister i sayign that it usually happens when shes doing more intense things, well somewhat more intense o nthe video card such as watch a dvd movie. And it's wierd because the error is pointing towards the dvd movie software..hmmm what to do what to do..lol

I had a similar problem recently with my Toshiba laptop - recovered from serious error message on every start up and blue screen with STOP error on shut down. After a bit of research, I found a BIOS update on the Toshiba uk website. After downloading and installing the BIOS update, both error messages ceased. Another thing for you to consider.
