I've just installed a new PCI ATI RAGEII+DVD (3D)64 bit graphics card with S and RCA out.
I've checked and made sure that it is inserted correctly and that all cables are connected properly.
My PC detects it but it gives me this error saying that there was a problem installing it and it might now work correctly... It
doesn't work at all.
I've been using an intergrated video card and wanted to upgrade with this card.
Sigh. Whenever I try to install an ATI Rage II/II+ driver (.exe file), near the end of installation it says "ATI mach64 family
display adaptor not found".
I downloaded and ran Everest Home Edition and here's what it said:

Does your machine meet the minimum requirements? Did you disable the on-board graphics before installing the new card? Have you checked your BIOS for graphics settings?
My computer went bad - It deleted my files, then stole my car...

Remove the previous graphics driver and all other instances of drivers which you have tried to install, reboot and go into BIOS and disable on-board graphics.
On rebooting should find "new hardware" should pop up, cancel this auto driver install and then run the Driver Install from CD

Ok. I got it working now, thanks. But, there's a problem. I cannot watch any DVDs and my games
won't run...
