Hello, My friend has installed Windows service Pack 3 and is now having email problems. Each time he sends an email it goes into the sent box, but the recipient doesn't receive mail. Are there known issues with SP3? Many thanks

What email client is he using? How does he know the recipients aren't receiving the email? Has he tried selecting Delivery and Read Receipts when sending?

He's using outlook express. He has sent several mail to family and friends which no one has received. If he sends an attachment with mail it works... Puzzleing. All was fine before SP3.
