hello.
every time i send e-mail using outlook 2002 the e-mail is going right to outbox and it's not send. what's the problem?
please help...

The only thing i can think of is if you go to:
Tools
Options
Mail Setup

In the middle of the page there should be an option you can select:
Send immeadiately when connected
