Self Diagnose error

Whenever i try to open a game the screen goes blank and a message "Self Diagnose: are pc display settings correct?" pops up and the rest of the screen goes black... i meet all the system requirements and have all the latest drivers and patches ........any suggestions??

Obviously an issue with your hardware and this game. Have you tried answering NO to the question? Have you tried your support options with the game? Have you tried tweaking the settings either the game or the card?
