hi, not to be too picky, but how do i install microsoft security updates that i want. not everything they think i need. i go to their web site up i only see security update (general)ie i want the latest one released tuesday. every time i go general my computer fails to function like it did, thanks

when you press search of updates, then press reveiw and install updates and you can choose which types ( critical, drivers etc.) to install and choose idividual ones.

Go to the Windows Update Site ...
..Start - All Progs - top of the right Panel
Let it Scan your Computer and then select Custom
You can then choose any many or few as you wish
