Hello, I just installed winXP pro as a second OS. I know there are a lot of security issues. Anyone knows a site that explains all the steps you need to take to protect yourself? Or maybe someone here knows em all by heart?

What is the other OS?
That would play a big roll in the security and what you would need to do.

Get the XP SP1 which has just been relased. That solves many security issues. Also get a firewall. I use Zone Alarm which is free and very easy to use. I was amazed how many times I'm hit every time I'm on line.
