For some reason I'm not able to see the security tab on the properties window of all the folders and files, even when I log in as administrator... How can I change that? Thanks

You need to turn off "Simple File Sharing". I'm not at an XP box at the moment, but I think its under Tools/Folder Options somewhere. Look it up in Windows Help.
