Hello everyone. I have a closed circuit security camera that I view with my computer (using a TV tuner/capture card). I'm lookign for a freeware program that will watch the video and take a still shot of what it sees when it detects motion. I have found a lot of software similar to this, but they all work with USB web cams and not video capture cards. Any suggestions?
