Hi I was wondering if there would be any problem installing a secondary hard drive off my old computer system (AMD 450mhz Window 98 SE) on to my new computer. I basically want to get the files and other info I have stored their on to the new one. If I attempt to install it will there be any unexpected surprises? And if their is what other ways can I get this info off apart from dropping all the files on to CD and copying accross? I realise about jumper settings (master/slave etc) and connections I am worried about the different operating systems causing havoc. Sorry for the stupid question by the tecnically inferior!
