Hi i recently cleaned my computer (cpu) and when i put everything back together my second harddrive would not detect so i opened my case and unpluged it then pluged it back in still won't show up i looked under "manage" in windows it won't show up there also please help i have a lot of important stuff on that hdd

why did you take everything out to 'clean' it? a can of compressed air will do it fine.

Reseat all cables including ones going into motherboard, something must be loose...simply doing what you did, foolish as it was, should not have done this but again if you touched the motherboard with a vacuum hose, you may be looking for a new mb soon as well.
