Search companion problem

OS: Windows XP Professional
CPU/Ram: Intel Pentium III 450Mhz/
Comment:

Whenever I open up the search window in XP an error message pops up telling me that "a file required to run search companion can not be found" the search window will not work. is there a way to reinstall the search companion?
any would help appreciated.

Oops! My Notepad database has it as outdated.
New one:
