scsi raid hard drive

CPU/Ram: 256

I'm trying do a clean reinstall of windows xp pro but i get a message saying 'hard drive not detected please ensure all cables are properly connected and powered up' ..i believe its a scsi raid hard drive as ive checked the system information...can anyone help me?

Hit F6 at start of install and offer the drivers for the SCSI device on a floppy.

these "drivers for the SCSI device on a floppy" ...meaning the one which came with the hard disk at time of purchase? or do i have to download it?

You either have an "on-board SCSI or maybe SATA chipset" or "an addin PCI card" whichever you have you need to supply the chipset drivers on a floppy.
