scrolling desktop

CPU/Ram: 2.00GHz/ 256MB

When I set my laptop monitor resolution above 1024x768 my screen scrolls. It wont fit to the screen. Is there a way to turn off scrolling desktop??

This just means your monitor will not support resolutions above 1024x768 I would believe. I have never heard of a scrolling desktop?

yes i think i wont support that resolution, ive heard of that scrolling screen in win 98 and i know how to fix it but im not sure about win xp.

guess you will have to stick with the 800 x 600
