Comment: I've noticed that lately the scroll wheel on my mouse doesnt work on any of the programs i've newly installed(ex-firefox, itunes...etc.). It still works on programs like internet explorer, microsoft word, and programs that have been on the computer for quite some time. I have a toshiba satelite laptop running xp. I know its kind of a stupid question but its pretty annoying. thanks -joe

Reply: (edit)a dirty scroll wheel wouldn't make a difference between firefox and internet explorer (but you'll never know whith a microsoft intellimouse :-) Today's subliminal thought is: 'Calm down ... it's only ones and zeros.'icq 10183575

Reply: (edit)What kind of mouse is it? If it's an optical mouse, you're better off buying a new one if a reinstall of the drivers doesn't help. Life is more painless for those who are brainless.
