Hi We have installed some network Xerox copier at work and the driver is on the server, the client logins and the printer is installed using a script to their machine but the driver has a field where they need to enter their password before they can print, I had to go around and enter on each machine so it's stored on their local profile, I have ask Xerox if there is a way of doing this using login script they couldn't help, anybody have any ideas? what happens in a corp with 1000 machines? the tech need to go to each computer? must be a faster way. Why do they need to enter a password? If you want to allow only certain user the ability to print to a specific printer, just set the permissions accordingly. That's how other organizations do it. The driver for the copier are setup to put in a password before the can print, it's for billing to their account, each user has an account
