Almost every time ( 99%) I try to open a picture, sent as an attachment, I get this message. What can I do? And it doesn't make any difference if I click yes or no.

An error has occurred in the script on this page.
Line: 378
Char: 2
Error: location is null or are not an object
Code: 0
URL: file://C:\Program Files\MGI\MGI PhotoSuite
ll\TempPSll\Common\Root.HTML
Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?

Any ideas?

Off the top of my head I'd suggest reinstalling PhotoSuite, or else make another program the default picture viewer...

If that doesn't work, start a new post and give us some more info, such as what they are using to read their mail that is generating the error when trying to view an attachment picture (and what extension is the picture?)...........
