Script Debug?

CPU/Ram: P4 512 MB of RAM

When ever I go to web pages I get a message that says an something about an error occuring and if I would like to debug. Is there anyway I can turn this off? Thanks

go to internet options in control panel,
advanced tab,
checkmark
'disable script debugging'
