When i try to do a search in help and support i get a message that reads as follows:
Symantec Script Blocking has prevented a script action that could be harmful to you.
Application:HelpCtr.exe
Source File:C:\Documents and Settings\ Owner\-FromStartHelp
Object:FileSystem Object
Method:DeleteFile

I dont have norton antivirus on this pc anymore. What could the problem be?

It could be a registry key still in effect?
If you have No Norton software on your computer no more, goto:

Start>Run>Regedit (Make a Backup of the REgistry FIRST! Cos I'm only telling you what "I" would do and it might not work, or cause problems)

then go in:
Hkey_local_machine > Software

Look for a Norton/Symantec Folder, if you still have any norton/Symantec software on the computer, delete ONLY the folder which contains registry's from the uninstalled program.
If you have NO Norton/Symantec software, delete the Norton/Symantec Directory, Restart the computer and try again, if the problem persists, post back =/
