Under my screen Saver tab under display, my selection box and time out box are greyed out. This is very aggrevating since I want to change my selection. Please offer some suggestions or point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance

I've never seen that behaviour before. Try looking at the settings in regedit. Goto Start, Run, and type "regedit" and click OK.
Now open HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop and look for two values, "SCRNSAVE.EXE" and "ScreenSaveTimeOut."
Try and set a screensaver via this, search in System32 if you don't know the names, set the timeout in seconds and then open Display Properties. If it is still greyed out, I can't help but try just waiting and seeing if the screensaver you chose comes on. If it does you've got a longwinded workaround!

I tried changing values in registry, but to no avail. The selection stays and I can not change either in regedit or in display properties. Please help.
