I'm drawing a blank. Can anyone tell me how to convert an animated file, accessed through a URL to a format suitable for a screen saver? This should be easy, but, as I say, I'm having a senior whatever. Thanks.

salgolf, there're several sites (some free) that allow you to create your own screensaver either from a collection of photos or an animation. Find them with Google.
