I have been all over the place and tried several things for this issue, nothing had worked. I have a WACOM mouse, my screen saver will not activate. I unplugged my WACOM mouse/tablet then it worked fine, but cannot change my mouse.. I have to use this one for my work. After researching this is what I tried.. -Uninstalled PowerDVD - Under startup took off PCM Service - Installed new WACOM Driver Screen saver still isnt working, any ideas on how I can get it to activate?

What type of Monitor do you have ??? LCD ??? or CRT ??? The CRT type is mostly the only type where you should use a screensaver, because constant screen display can burn an image into the CRT.

My old monitor died.. so I figured it was because my monitor always stayed on.. it was just the standard that came with my dell.. I just bought a 20" acer LCD.. and I want to make sure it lasts.

Another thought I have is that wireless devices are subject to radio interference. Therefore give a false signal that mouse is moving.
