I have the screen saver set to start after 1 min. of inactivity with "on resume, password protect" checked. I tried different screen savers and different time intervals---still nothing.
This is what I have tried thus far:
1. I ran Registry Fix--several errors "repaired." 2. I ran chkdsk---No errors found. 3. I performed a repair install on Windows XP.
None of these fixed the problem. Screen saver still will not work.

Screen saver will only come on if there is inactivity to your mouse or keyboard. Make sure your mouse isn't moving. Like a desk that shakes.. Next.. in the screen saver selection are you useing a Microsoft or 3rd party screen saver? Also try to click the preview button and see if it loads up.
