there is but i want to set the custom text to something other then Microsoft Windows. when i change it in the screen saver settings it only changes it for the loged in user. when another user logs onto that computer the custom texts is Microsoft Windows. I dont want to have to set the custom text for everyone that logs on a computer. i would like to set it once and no mater what users logs in it is the same custom text.

For every new User Profile that is created, that User's Profile starts off with Default User profile. May be possible with this --
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/959753
How to customize the default local user profile when you prepare an image of Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows XP, or Windows Server 2003

That article says ---
SP2 fixes Default User to automatically copy Admin. User.
Then again---
SP3 disables that feature.
