No error message. The screen flips and screen saver cannot kick in. I also try double click on the scr file and it does not work as well. Once I attach the user as an local admin, the screen saver works fine.
The scree saver is in the same folder as other default windows screen saver. I have even modified the file permission to full control for the user group. BTW, the MS windows screen savers works under the same user id.
